Refunds

If  for any reason you are dissatisfied with an item that you ordered from our website you can return it within 14 days for a full refund of the purchase price of the item.  We will not refund the shipping charges.   Please pack all returns securely and insure the package accordingly.
 
All our jewellery is inspected for manufacturing defects upon receipt from the factory and again before the jewellery is shipped to you.   All  jewellery is individually handmade and very rarely problems occur that are due to hidden defects in the jewellery, for instance a weak solder joint breaks or a stone falls out of the setting.  We will repair any of these defects that result from flaws in the manufacturing process free of charge within one year of the purchase date.   This warranty does not apply to breakage of jewellery due to “little accidents” (stepped on, dropped on hard surface floors, chipped stones etc.).

If you require your goods in a hurry, please select   The Australian Air Express options or the Australia Post Platinum Post option.  Terms and conditions of delivery via Express Post and AAE can be obtained from their websites. 

If you are buying from outside Australia, please contact us for delivery options and costs.
